Ph3Overview /h3pWe are looking to hire a Business Unit Manager to lead our Hygiene Services division in Spain, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This executive role has full PL responsibility and is focused on driving profitable growth and operational excellence across the division. You will lead the entire function, including Sales, Marketing, and Service Operations, overseeing a significant operational team of approximately 250+ colleagues across Spain. You will be expected to define and execute the country strategy to maximize portfolio growth and customer retention. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn the PL: Deliver the Profit Loss results for the Hygiene division, ensuring strong financial performance across sales and service activities. /liliDefine and Execute Strategy: Formulate and execute the division\'s country growth strategy, encompassing sales channels, marketing campaigns, and service deployment. /liliLead Customer Success: Ensure very high customer satisfaction and superior client retention rates by embedding a culture of excellent service quality. /liliTeam Leadership: Lead and manage the service and sales leadership teams, driving performance and guiding the necessary organizational evolution for scale. /liliDrive Innovation: Champion the implementation of the digital strategy and introduce new, creative solutions to improve operational efficiency and team productivity. /liliPortfolio Management: Oversee the product and services catalog, ensuring quality, profitability, and full adherence to all company standards and rules. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli10+ years of senior managerial experience, including direct Profit Loss (PL) responsibility for a significant business unit. /liliProven experience successfully managing a large, geographically dispersed operational team (e.g., technicians and field sales). /liliEducated to Graduate level; a Technical Degree (e.g., Engineering) or a qualification in Economics / Finance is preferred. /liliFluent professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal). /liliAbility and willingness to travel frequently across Spain and Europe. /li /ulh3Additional Skills /h3ulliPossesses an entrepreneurial spirit and a sharp focus on achieving tangible results. /liliHigh integrity, strong personal credibility, and the ability to influence at all levels. /liliPragmatic and action-oriented; capable of quickly converting high-level concepts into practical steps. /liliStrong market and competitor awareness, combined with a genuine drive for innovation. /liliExcellent interpersonal skills and experience as an articulate, confident presenter. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3pOn top of your basic gross salary, you'll have a bonus (collective), a company car, a fuel card, lunch vouchers and more /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
