We are looking for someone who Has 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles Is customer-oriented and able to build strong relationships Experience working for a
SaaS company Has analytical skills and knowledge of digital marketing Speaks fluent English (C1) and Spanish (C1) Italian is considered a plus

Work Policy for Barcelona This is a on site position based at the Aticco Bogatell coworking space in Barcelona. Employees working from the Barcelona office must spend 1 full week at the San Vito dei Normanni (Italy) office every 2 months (i.e., at least 6 times per year). The travel schedule will be defined in agreement with the manager. Expenses: 100% of travel and accommodation expenses are reimbursed by Spoki.
