Job Description Summary
The Business Analyst is responsible for the management and analysis of data and information relating to the business performance of the relevant products, customers and tendencies, carrying out business intelligence analyses, making forecasts relating to the medium‑long term trend of our product portfolio and identifying and monitoring KPI's (key performance indicators), relating to the efficiency of our commercial network in strategic support of the business and management decision making activities.
Main Responsibilities
* Collect, process and analyze data regarding the performance of the Business at an overall level, by account and by product lines, by product mix, by channel (dealer or direct); specifically, this reporting will highlight the trend in turnover, profit, average prices, comparison with budget objectives, etc.; in addition to managing ordinary reporting, it will have to create new reports based on the needs of the business or propose new ones with a consultative and proactive approach.
* Carry out business analysis, to support forecasting and strategic planning activities, with the aim of evaluating the potential of the reference market (hospital market mapping in terms of consumption analysis, products included, prices and tender timing).
* Update the prices on the Unit's price lists, based on the indications received from the Sales Managers, Commercial Excellence Manager following approval of the Hub Director.
* Annual price increase project.
* Update SFDC Territory database management and annual targets.
* Preparation and implementation of business cases and action plans relating to B2B, distributors, private customers, following indication and authorization by the Sales Manager.
* Commission/Rappel calculations for agents and private entities.
* Prepare and send presentations and reports relating to sales statistics by account and turnover variances toward customer sales planning; sales statistics by product and deviations from the budget; business reviews and business updates; strategic plans.
About You
* Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Economics or Statistics.
* Previous experience as an Analyst.
* Excellent knowledge of Excel.
* Good knowledge of English (both written and oral).
* Power BI & Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
Salary range for this role: €32,000 - €37,000.

Salary or hourly rate ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. The salary or hourly rate offered to a successful candidate is determined by their experience, education, and skills, as well as the labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location.
Salary Range Information: €31,800.00 - €57,200.00 EUR Annual.
