Job Description
GreenPowerMonitor, a company with over 20 years of experience, specializes in digital solutions for renewable energy management. We are seeking a proactive and talented individual to lead our Software Solutions group within the Customer Success Team in Barcelona.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage customer-reported incidents involving data analysis, software configuration, troubleshooting, FTP/API data export, and reporting issues.
* Provide technical assistance via email and calls.
* Dispatch tasks to different teams and implement project modifications based on customer needs.
* Maintain internal documentation and set up GPM platforms (Web Portal, GPM Plus, GPM Scada, Horizon).
* Detect errors and bugs, supporting quality improvements.
Qualifications
* Experience as a technician in computer and telematic troubleshooting.
* Background in Helpdesk, Customer Success, or Technical Support.
* Degree in Informatics, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.
* Ability to produce technical reports and communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, team leadership, and building customer relationships.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with GreenPowerMonitor products or renewable energies, especially Solar PV and Wind.
* Troubleshooting skills with clients of various sizes.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, SQL, and Zendesk.
