Handle import of various inbound – outbound shipments :
prepare customs documents, prepare using TARIC app, preparing custom files and handle custom procedures.Incoterms deep knowledge in order to correct apply clearance custom valuePre-shipment enquiries for shipments requiring specialist clearance and issuing of sending instructions, based on “Ok to send” WC procedure.Communicate with customers other WC offices on customs clearance instructions in accordance with WC and Spanish rules & regulations.Follow up various shipments including inbound and ourbound transit and its details :
paperwork, topping up of dry ice, gel pack replenishment etc.Enter airfreight and customs charges in contact with accounting departmentReport and follow up on missing shipments.External communication with clients, Customs and other regulatory bodies and service providers :
