We are looking for a versatile profile to join our Communication & Corporate Affairs area, with strong execution capabilities in corporate content and proven experience in graphic and audiovisual design. The position combines creativity, corporate judgement and technical expertise, playing an active role in shaping impactful communication materials and enhancing the consistency and visibility of Vidrala's corporate identity across different geographies and audiences.

The Challenge
Based at our headquarters, you will join a dynamic international Communication & Corporate Affairs environment, playing a key role in shaping and elevating Vidrala's corporate narrative through impactful visual communication, multimedia content and high-quality executive materials.
This role combines creativity, execution and corporate judgement. You will work across multiple projects, geographies and communication formats, contributing to the consistency, visibility and evolution of the Group's corporate identity in a fast-paced international environment.
In this role, you will:
- Create and develop corporate communication materials and multimedia content aligned with the Group's communication standards, strategic priorities and visual identity.
- Design high-impact executive presentations for senior leadership and international corporate environments, transforming complex information into clear, engaging and visually compelling narratives.
- Produce graphic and animated content for LinkedIn, corporate channels and strategic communication initiatives across different geographies.
- Edit and develop corporate audiovisual pieces, including motion graphics, subtitling and adaptation of content for international audiences and multilingual environments.
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of corporate templates, visual assets, communication resources and shared repositories across the Group.
- Support the monitoring and analysis of communication initiatives and channels, collaborating in the tracking of engagement, reach and performance indicators.
- Coordinate communication deliverables with different internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring quality, agility, consistency and timely execution.
- Bring new ideas, visual approaches and digital communication trends into the organisation, helping strengthen Vidrala's corporate communication capabilities and international brand presence.
The Key Requirements & Competences
- Degree in Communication, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design or related disciplines.
- Experience in Corporate Communications departments, branding or content generation within demanding corporate environments and/or internationally active companies will be valued, as well as previous experience in branding agencies or creative studios managing dynamic corporate accounts.
- Advanced proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with AI tools applied to creative processes, visual design and corporate content generation.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and InDesign), or similar software applied to graphic design, audiovisual editing and motion graphics.
- Additional knowledge of web management, as well as experience in photography and video recording, will be valued.
- High level of English; additional languages will be positively valued.
- Driving licence and availability for occasional travel will be valued.
