Requirements
1. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
2. Native German (C1 / C2 acceptable) level in written and spoken communication
3. Minimum B2 level in English, spoken and written
4. European nationality or Spanish work permit
5. Ability to work with sensitive content
6. Flexibility to work different hours as required (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays). Shifts: 8AM to 4PM or fixed night shifts, Monday to Sunday
