As a Product Planner, youre supporting your Product Manager in assuring the best quality regarding our product supply of the assigned products with a correct supply planning in a timely manner as well as regarding quality and volume aspects.
Your daily challenge will be being the connection between different departments such as Packaging, Quality, Logistics, etc., and our supplier. As a central axis regarding our operations, youre the one coordinating the planning regarding purchases, production, and the distribution between different warehouses.

What will you do? Your role highlights
* Fruits and vegetables is a fast paced business; agile communication and coordination are important to ensure our daily operations for your product :
You will be responsible for the correct purchase order management, which includes overseeing product loads, outgoing products, and logistics transactions.
* You will be in continuous contact with the sales and logistics team regarding the purchase activity and possible changes as well as incidents which might need to be solved. A clear and timely correct communication keeps our value chain running!
* Stock management and demand planning is the basis to meet our sales objectives :
Your analytical skills are asked to do a correct matching of our product and demand planning therefore you need to follow up the daily stock development.
* You will analyze the sales forecast on a weekly and even daily basis to assure it can be fulfilled and react quickly in case of any kind of deviation.
