Recently acquired by strongTieto /strong, the company now forms part of Tieto Iberia, combining Onetec’s local expertise, client relationships, and delivery capabilities with Tieto’s integral scale, software portfolio, and international reach, creating a solid platform for accelerated growth in Spain and Portugal. /ppbr/ppstrongPosition Objective /strong /ppDevelop, consolidate, and grow strategic relationships with key technology integrators in Spain and Portugal, positioning the company’s solutions portfolio within Tieto Iberia and its partner ecosystem, driving indirect sales and sustainable business growth. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliDesign and execute the alliance strategy with technology integrators in Spain and Portugal. /liliAct as a senior point of contact with the leading technology integrators in the market. /liliIdentify co-selling, cross-selling, and joint solution development opportunities. /liliOpen doors at C-level, Commercial Management, and Alliance Management within strategic integrators. /liliCoordinate closely with sales and pre-sales teams to maximize the impact of the indirect channel. /liliNegotiate framework agreements, collaboration models, and joint business plans. /liliTrack pipeline evolution and ensure achievement of commercial objectives. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired Experience /strong /pulli10+ years of experience in business development, alliances, or indirect channel roles within the technology sector. /liliProven track record working with major integrators in Spain, such as: Accenture, Indra, NTT Data, Capgemini, DXC, Atos/Eviden, Kyndryl, T-Systems, Sopra Steria, Inetum, etc. /liliDeep knowledge of the integrator and partner ecosystem in Iberia. /liliPrevious experience working with indirect sales models and partner-driven go-to-market strategies. /liliPrevious experience in international or multinational IT companies is a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongLanguages /strong /ppSpanish: Native or bilingual. /ppEnglish: Fluent (mandatory). /ppPortuguese: Highly valued (especially for business development in Portugal). /ppbr/ppstrongKey Competencies /strong /pulliClearly senior profile, with high credibility when engaging with large accounts and integrators. /liliStrong results orientation and strategic business mindset. /liliExcellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills. /liliStrong partnership mindset (win–win) and long-term relationship focus. /liliHigh level of autonomy, cross-functional leadership, and adaptability. /liliValue Contribution to the Project /liliDirect access to strategic integrators. /liliAbility to accelerate market positioning within Tieto Iberia. /liliGeneration of a high-value pipeline from the first quarter. /li /ul
