Junior Key Account Manager

Our client is a well-established European company with nearly 30 years of experience in outsourced inventory services, supporting hundreds of retail brands across more than 20 countries. As part of a growing European sales team, you will play a key role in developing the French market, combining account management with new client acquisition, and working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, international setting.

Main responsibilities :
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring renewals and long-term retention
- Develop new business through outbound prospecting (cold calling, referrals, inbound leads)
- Handle the full sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and closing
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate inventory solutions
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail and food distribution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of inventory campaigns
- Monitor client satisfaction and propose improvements to services and processes
- Actively contribute to the growth of the French market within a European scope
- Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline follow-up using internal tools
Core skills/experience :
- Junior profile with
1–2 years of experience
in sales or business development.
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, structured, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable with frequent interactions with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to clearly explain services and value propositions.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
