We’re growing fast and are looking for a Partnership Business Developer to help us expand our partner ecosystem in the French market and take Factorial to the next level.

The Role:
* Identify, qualify, and engage new partner opportunities.
* Create and execute innovative prospecting strategies to boost lead generation.
* Collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to design and deliver winning approaches.
* Connect with prospects through calls, emails, social media, and networking, building strong relationships at all levels, including C-level.
You're a great fit if you:
* You’re a native French speaker and speak English (B1 or higher).
* You’re a junior profile or have an initial experience in Sales, Business Development, or Project Management.
* You’re not afraid of the phone, in fact, you thrive on conversations and building connections.
* You love meeting new people and have excellent communication skills, especially with high-level stakeholders.
* You’re motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
* You want to grow your career in the tech & SaaS industry and make an impact within a dynamic, innovative team.
Bonus Points:
* Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Loom.
* Familiarity with SaaS or digital environments.
* Understanding of outbound sales campaigns and lead generation strategies.
