At Factorial, we’re on a mission to simplify HR for small and medium-sized businesses with our all-in-one SaaS solution. We help companies automate their HR processes so they can focus on what truly matters, their people.

We’re growing fast and are looking for a Partnership Business Development Representative Polish Speaker to drive and manage inbound pipeline across the ROW markets, while gaining exposure to partner-driven initiatives and broader business development opportunities.

The Role

* Manage and qualify a high volume of inbound leads across the ROW markets, ensuring fast, structured follow-up and strong conversion into qualified pipeline.
* Own the early-stage sales process, from understanding business needs and prioritizing high-intent opportunities to routing prospects to the right next step.
* Drive pipeline generation by engaging prospects across channels including calls, email, and social, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to continuously improve inbound performance, lead quality, and conversion.
* Support partner-related initiatives by handling leads generated through partner activities and contributing to how these opportunities are approached and converted.
* Gain exposure to broader business development activities over time, with the opportunity to expand your scope beyond inbound as you grow in the role.


You're a great fit if you:

* You’re fluent in spoken and written English and Polish language and confident communicating in a professional, business environment. Additional languages are a plus.
* You have initial experience in Sales, Business Development, or a fast-paced client-facing role, and you’re looking to build a career in SaaS, Sales, or Marketing.
* You’re comfortable managing a high volume of inbound leads and can quickly assess, prioritize, and act on what matters most.
* You’re confident engaging prospects across channels, especially on calls, and can hold structured conversations with stakeholders at different levels, including C-level.
* You have a strong commercial mindset, you can identify real opportunities, understand business needs, and move conversations forward with purpose.
* You’re proactive, curious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed, ownership, and decision-making are key.
* You’re motivated to grow and make a direct impact on pipeline generation and revenue.
