We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager / IT Program Manager to coordinate and manage various projects in 2025 across all business areas and countries, aligning with their strategic plans. You are an IT Project / Program Manager who values autonomy and teamwork. You possess strong analytical skills and can interpret complex management data effectively.
The Project / Program Manager will oversee strategic and complex projects, from inception to closure, ensuring alignment with company standards and methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.
Manage project financials, status reports, change management, governance, roles, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure adherence to architectural, data, safety, and quality standards.
Engage teams across functions to ensure active involvement and seamless deployment.
Define and monitor project scope, budget, and schedule within quality and functional constraints.
Lead Project Steering Committees and coordinate project streams.
Support business readiness, deployment, adoption, and post-go-live support.
Ensure project alignment with methodologies and standards.
Minimum 10 years in Project / Program management, preferably in large/international projects.
Experience with Agile frameworks;
Fluent in Englishand French.
Experience in general insurance/assistance projects and innovation opportunities.
