Join us in Barcelona as an Automotive Hotline Technician (m/f/d).
Leverage your expertise in vehicle electronics to support mechanics remotely in real time, moving away from workshop duties.
Your responsibilities include:
* Providing remote support to workshop technicians on electronic issues (sensors, ECUs, CAN networks, etc.)
* Utilizing diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, scanners, and analysis software
* Identifying fault patterns, proposing solutions, and preventing future problems
* Participating in internal training and developing technical content
* Working with AI-powered digital platforms and smart data
Your profile:
* Background in automotive electronics, electromechanics, or vehicle engineering
* At least 3 years of experience in advanced diagnostics
* Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic software
* Understanding of vehicle electronics and communication protocols
* Independent, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others
* Fluent in Spanish and English (B1/B2 level)
* Bonus: remote support or technical training experience
