Corporate OT Engineer
to join a large, multiplant industrial company, a world leader in its sector. As an OT Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper management of the group's entire OT network. Your work will include mapping the current infrastructure, integrating with IT systems, and ensuring secure, connected, and resilient operations.This role will be key in the digital transformation process of the group’s plants globally, with a focus on connectivity, security, and efficiency of industrial systems. You will play a central role within the I4.0 team at the group level, from mapping infrastructure to integration with IT systems.You will also have the responsibility to manage (from implementation to upgrades and maintenance) the entire OT network across all group plants, replicating successful pilots already validated. Your tasks will include evaluating current network capabilities, developing retrofitting or substitution strategies, and collaborating with internal and external multidisciplinary teams.This position is pivotal for implementing full plant connectivity and ensuring that industrial systems and infrastructure remain operational, secure, and optimized.Your main responsibilities
Design and implement robust OT networks for industrial environments.Ensure OT network security against cyber threats, and play a key role in rapid threat response and restoration.Integrate OT networks with IT networks securely and efficiently.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Manage the lifecycle of OT network assets, including hardware and software upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance.Work with specialized industrial communication protocols.Design and implement disaster recovery strategies to ensure operational continuity.Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent experience.More than 5 years of experience working in Industrial Operation Technology.Proven ability to resolve complex production issues.Deep knowledge of industrial networks and control systems.Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems.Fluent English (essential);
knowledge of other languages is a plus.Willingness to travel frequently to the group’s production plants.What this opportunity offers you
