About the Role ✨ Join Groupon as a Merchant Operations Representative, where you’ll be the behind-the-scenes problem-solver who keeps our merchant partners and Sales Reps smiling. You’ll handle pre-launch checks, tackle inquiries, and team up with amazing people across the company to keep things running smoothly. What You’ll Do Answer merchant inquiries via Sales Reps through email — quickly, accurately, and in line with SLAs (German English required) - French is a plus!
