AI is only as good as the feedback that trains it — and that's where you come in. We're hiring AI Data Quality Analysts to review, evaluate, and rate AI-generated content across text, images, and structured data. Your assessments directly influence how AI models learn, improve, and respond to real-world questions.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role idóneo for detail-oriented thinkers who enjoy analytical work and want to contribute to something genuinely meaningful.

What You'll Do
Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for factual accuracy and relevance
Rate content quality using clear, structured rubrics and evaluation guidelines
Identify errors, inconsistencies, hallucinations, and areas for improvement
Write clear, actionable feedback to guide model training and improvement
Work across a diverse range of topics, content types, and task formats
Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Sharp attention to detail with strong analytical thinking
Comfortable reading, evaluating, and critiquing written content at scale
Self-motivated and reliable — able to manage your own time and meet deadlines
Clear, precise written communication skills in English
No prior AI or technical experience required — if you can think critically and follow guidelines, you're qualified
Nice to Have
Background in research, editing, journalism, or any field that requires evaluating information quality
Familiarity with rating scales, rubrics, or quality assurance processes
Experience working independently in a remote or freelance capacity
