The Role: The Miravia Risk team is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Risk Governance Manager to build and lead our risk governance framework. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping the company\'s approach to regulatory compliance, internal policy, and platform integrity.
We are now looking for a Seller Operations Manager to lead our unmanaged seller operations and drive growth across the Spanish market.
Location: Madrid, Spain
Language Requirement: Spanish speaker + Fluent English
Experience: 6+ years in e-commerce or marketplace operations
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end operations for unmanaged sellers, driving business growth and customer satisfaction with excellent project management skills.
* Analyze market trends and seller performance data to design and execute high-impact operational strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, CX) to resolve pain points and enhance the end-to-end seller journey.
* Build trusted relationships with sellers through regular engagement, training, and hands-on guidance to improve platform adoption and sales performance.
* Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, turning insights into actionable feedback for continuous improvement of platform features and services.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Data Analysis, or a related field.
* Proven experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or internet company environments — deep understanding of platform dynamics preferred.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy and action; proficiency in SQL is required to extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to work effectively across cultures and functions.
* Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about creating impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
