CRM, Customer Success & Marketing Automation Associate – Mautic Specialist (Remote - CET ± 4 h)

This hybrid role combines hands-on Mautic expertise with multichannel Campaigns and Customer Success coordination across clients, internal devs, and the CEO.

You will be the technical marketing operator maintaining campaigns and the primary contact for day-to-day value delivery in our managed deliverability and profitability-focused ESP offering.

Key Responsibilities
* Technical Operations & Analytics: Manage the Mautic stack — installations, upgrades, plugins, security; audit and tune servers via SSH; fix misconfigurations; query Amazon Athena for KPIs; monitor deliverability; integrate Mautic with client platforms via API/Webhooks.
* Customer Success & Coordination: Serve as the main success contact; organize stand-ups; gather requirements; translate into tickets; track SLAs; facilitate hand-offs; present weekly performance reports; gather feedback for optimization.
* Project Prioritization & Growth: Manage JIRA boards; run experiments; scope new clients fitting 10+ million emails/month profile.

**Traits & Skills We Value**

* 2-4 years in CRM/Marketing Automation, 1+ year as primary Mautic owner
* SQL proficiency in Amazon Athena
* Linux CLI skills
* Customer-facing communication skills
* Project management skills
* Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT/Copilot
