We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in mechanical system design and validation, ideally within the Defence and Space sectors.
Responsibilities
* Design and validate mechanical systems for Defence and Space applications.
* Contribute to mechanical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
* Prepare and manage technical dossiers and engineering documentation.
* Use CAD tools to develop and maintain mechanical designs.
* Perform engineering analyses using Python for mathematical and numerical calculations.
* Work with SAP and PLM tools for configuration, documentation and lifecycle management.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated system solutions.
* Support compliance with internal processes and sector-specific engineering requirements.
Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
* More than 5 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering.
* Advanced knowledge in mechanical system design and validation.
* Experience in Defence and Space sectors.
* Advanced experience with CAD tools, particularly Siemens NX (3–4 years).
* Advanced skills in Python oriented to mathematical analysis.
* Experience working with SAP and PLM tools.
* Advanced knowledge in mechanical engineering documentation and technical dossiers.
* Approximately 4–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering roles within Defence and Security environments.
* Professional fluency in English.
