This position reports to: IS Dep Manager‑Ops Technology & Business
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead defined service lines in the design and development of end-to-end lifecycle roadmaps and effective delivery of services. You will design, implement, and maintain the framework to deliver services in scope, on time, within budget, and in line with customer expectations. You will manage multiple third‑party global vendor contracts to assure high service quality and optimize cost.
The work model for the role is: Contributing to the Security Risk and Compliance Organization Globally. Main stakeholders are Security teams, Information Systems teams across global services and business areas.
You will be mainly accountable for:
* Creating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA) to increase transparency between service provider and Service Owner, and providing feedback about service performance, availability, etc.
* Managing OT Security services across ABB: OT Asset Management, OT Vulnerability Management and OT Incident Reporting. Maintaining tight control over these services to ensure visibility in OT and business operation environments.
* Driving and coordinating onboarding of new sites, including onsite deployment of OT‑IDS sensors integration in the central management console as well as ServiceNow OTM.
* Positioning services to consumers and creating compelling value proposition for OT Security services adoption.
* Ensuring knowledge level of resources is appropriate for interacting with local colleagues and that service consumption documentation is always maintained with relevant content.
* Running up‑to‑date services with operational Claroty and Nozomi solutions integrated with ServiceNow OTM and SIEM/XSOAR.
Qualifications for the role
* 15+ years of experience in IT/OT Security, including relevant experience in managing and running security services.
* Exposure to and experience with Operational Technology (OT) is highly desirable.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
* Required certification: ITIL Foundation.
* Preferred certifications: OT‑IDS (Claroty, Nozomi, or similar) technical certifications, CISSP, GICSP, and IEC 62443‑related certifications.
* Strong global experience, particularly in collaborating with distributed teams on security topics.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence when engaging senior stakeholders.
