At Ayvens Digital & IT, we have an opening for a Business Analyst.
As our new Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product Managers (or Product Heads) to drive value through the continuous improvement of our products and processes. You will support product strategy and execution by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring alignment with Ayvens's product framework and global processes.
We offer a hybrid working environment, primarily based at our Madrid Office.
What are you going to do?
* Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business problems and define problem statements.
* Organize and facilitate workshops to gather input and design future-state processes.
* Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and other artefacts (e.g., BRDs, FRDs, RTMs), mapped to Ayvens Global Process Structure (GPS).
* Ensure requirements are linked to business and product KPIs, supporting the implementation of tracking mechanisms.
* Analyze data and collaborate with product teams to identify areas for improvement.
* Support development teams by providing clear, testable user stories and assisting in solution design.
* Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support.
* Act as a key contact for product-related queries and promote the product internally and externally.
* Ensure system alignment and reconcile needs across business units during solution integration.
* Support rollout of new functionalities and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
* Fill in for the Product Manager or Scrum Master when needed.
* Stay informed about technology trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
The Business Analyst works in adherence to the Ayvens product framework.
Who are we looking for?
* Interpersonal skills to manage and build relationships across multiple departments and countries.
* 4-6 years of relevant experience in a digital product management role.
* A proven track record of successful product roadmap delivery.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects independently.
* Fluent in English (verbal and written).
* Excellent communication, analytical, and motivation skills.
* Experience working in multicultural teams and international environments.
