We are seeking a motivated and proactive Assistant Marketing Manager to support and implement sales and marketing strategies with a strong focus on the hospitality and sports tourism sectors. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who enjoys building client relationships and aims to grow brand visibility and revenue in both domestic and international markets.Responsibilities
MarketingPlan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns targeting leisure travelers, corporate clients, and sports organizations.Support social media management and create engaging content to promote the resort’s offerings and facilities.Conduct market and competitor analysis to propose innovative strategies.Create, update, and manage content for online and offline platforms.Oversee sourcing and management of merchandise and branded materials.Coordinate and supervise corporate photo and video shoots.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.Collaborate with internal teams on promotional campaigns and events.Lead the Playitas Nature team, including setting and following up on yearly objectives.Coordinate the Travelife sustainability certification process.Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and engage potential B2B clients such as corporate groups, travel agencies, sports federations, and event planners.Create customized proposals and packages for events, retreats, camps, and group bookings.Maintain a structured sales pipeline and conduct regular follow-ups.Represent the resort at tourism fairs, industry workshops, and networking events.Work closely with reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of bookings.Monitor market trends to identify sales opportunities.Promote cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles, preferably within hospitality or tourism.Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset.Excellent communication skills in English;
