This pleezer will be responsible for:
* Be the face of Pleez after client acquisition;
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients;
* Responsible for decrease churn rate;
* Track and report on operational performance, and also clients feedback about potencial product improvements;
* Optimize and implement onboarding processes for restaurants;
* Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions for clients
Ideal profile
* Focused on results;
* Proactive and resilient: with Duracell batteries;
* A customer-centric attitude and the ability to create long lasting relationships with our partners;
* Advanced english understanding, both spoken and written -> native in spanish
* Team player;
* Critical mindset to give inputs to the product development market fit;
* Previous experience in food tech and start-ups is a plus.
