What's the job?
As Restaurant Manager, you'll motivate your team in a fast-paced environment to deliver the exceptional outlet experience our guests expect. You'll oversee and support a team of supervisors and manage the entire front of house operation. Reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.

Your day-to-day

* Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation.
* Ensure the food & beverage concept is well executed, guest and team expectations are met, and continuously seek improvements.
* Update service offerings based on trends and guest preferences.
* Engage positively with colleagues and guests.
* Collaborate closely with the kitchen team and Food & Beverage Director to ensure strong communication.
* Manage food & beverage controls, including inventory, costs, sales analysis, and standards.
* Ensure adherence to service standards and SOPs.
* Follow cash handling procedures and manage stock items.
* Train the food & beverage team in product and menu knowledge.
* Lead ongoing service standards training and personal development.
* Oversee food & beverage presentation to meet standards.
* Conduct staff training and on-the-job coaching as needed.
What We Need From You
* College or advanced training in food and beverage management.
* At least 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment, preferably in an independent restaurant or hotel outlet.
* Fluency in the local language and English; German is a plus.
* Proactive, positive, energetic, empathetic, team-oriented, passionate about service.
* Knowledge of MICROS system and wine appreciation is advantageous.
