**¿Qué harás?**:
- Generate value out of data by identification, driving and implementing use cases in the area of analytics
- You will provide profound business understanding combined with a strong skillset of advanced data engineering and data science to transform business questions into data-driven insight
- Together with the data science lead drive the concept of data insights and advanced analytics as a key and strategic area in the field of business analytics
- You will support in definition and execution of general business analytics strategy, help to position business analytics team as central point of contact for all data analytics questions and use cases
Execution/ management of projects within the area of advanced business analytics closely aligned with business and senior management- Coaching and Training of virtual teams and functional areas within the core disciplines of analytics (e.g. Tableau)
**¿A quién buscamos?**:
- You have minimum 3-5 years of experience in the fields of analytical insights and data science
- Studies of computer science, economics, business intelligence or similar. Masters degree highly valued.
- Natural ability to turn concepts and ideas into computational systems
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proven track record in turning business questions into data insights
- You are an expert in data modelling, data and feature engineering, as well you have knowledge in SQL, R and R Shiny, Python
- Expert in data visualisation (Tableau or Power BI)
- You have a good understanding of data and system architectures
- Project management skills (scrum, agile)
- Willingness to travel
