At Apleona, we are seeking a versatile and multifaceted professional for the role of Administrative Assistant in our Help Desk and Reception department. This position also involves organizing events for one of our international clients.
**Location**: Villanueva De La Cañada, Madrid, Spain
**Employment Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: €21,000 - €23,000 Gross/year
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contact relevant teams as needed to facilitate required services.
- Provide general information to users and manage visitor reception.
- Maintain the telephone and fax directory of personnel.
- Handle work orders, receiving, processing, and assigning them to the corresponding departments (maintenance, IT, cleaning, logistics, etc.).
- Support event management by organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and other special events, including audiovisual support, room preparation, and catering services.
- Assist in planning the distribution of office spaces and work areas.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
- Training as an Administrative Assistant or similar qualification.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make decisions and provide clarity in challenging or high-pressure situations.
- Capacity to manage change rapidly and efficiently while maintaining effective service delivery.
- Immediate availability.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Education: Technical Degree in Administrative Management or equivalent.
- Familiar with technology and computer equipment (tablets, smartphones, laptops).
- Disciplined, organized, problem-solver, and capable of teamwork.
