Momentum is seeking a connected, strategic, and results-driven Growth Director to spearhead our growth across Europe. This is an important role, crucial to expanding Momentum's footprint by capturing new business opportunities, creating tailored regional strategies, and establishing key partnerships that elevate our reach across the continent.
Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning and Market Expansion
* Drive the development and execution of organic growth strategies that align with Momentum's long-term objectives in the European / Spanish market.
* Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities across Europe, focusing on Spain.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to define growth goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
* Client Acquisition, Development, and Retention
* Lead initiatives to secure new clients, crafting impactful pitches that demonstrate Momentum's value.
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling to maximize value for existing clients and new projects.
* Develop business activities, including RFI / RFP responses, pitch presentations, and negotiations, to secure new business and meet revenue targets.
* Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination
* Work closely with creative, strategy, business leadership, and production teams to align client goals with agency expertise.
* Liaise with global teams to ensure European strategies are integrated with overall objectives.
* Act as a growth ambassador within the agency, encouraging cross-departmental sharing of insights and innovations.
* Brand Development and Visibility
* Represent Momentum at industry events, conferences, and within professional networks to strengthen our reputation.
* Engage in digital channels to promote Momentum's expertise, case studies, and success stories, establishing thought leadership.
* Financial Management and Optimization
* Review and report on financial performance related to business development, adjusting strategies as needed.
* Data-Driven Reporting and Insights
* Prepare and present regular growth reports, using data to analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide strategic recommendations to leadership for sustained growth in Spain.
Qualifications
* Experience in developing and executing growth strategies aligned with business goals.
* Strong analytical skills for market trend assessment and opportunity identification.
* Proven ability in end-to-end sales processes, including RFI / RFP responses and negotiations.
* Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and managing revenue forecasts.
* Ability to manage complex projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent in creating proposals, presentations, and business cases.
* Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining client and partner relationships.
* Skilled negotiator with a track record of closing deals.
