Sales Lead – Build and Scale a High-Impact B2B Sales Team in the UK
Overview
We're working with a fast-growing tech company (€12M+ last year) that has revolutionized employer-candidate connections through a user-friendly software solution. After success in the B2C market, they are now expanding into B2B sales, focusing on the UK market, where they see significant growth potential.
Although they have a presence in the US and Spain, their next goal is to establish a strong sales operation in the UK. To achieve this, they are looking for a Sales Lead to establish and scale their corporate sales from scratch.
What You'll Do
1. Lead the B2B expansion in the UK – Start as an Account Executive, securing corporate clients and demonstrating traction.
2. Build and shape your sales team – Take ownership of hiring and structuring an initial team of 3-4 Account Executives (AEs) and potentially SDRs, adapting as the business grows.
3. Develop and refine sales processes – Define lead generation strategies, set up CRMs and tools, and implement a structured, scalable approach.
4. Own business KPIs and drive expansion.
Who They're Looking For
* Experienced Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales of digital platforms, SaaS, or HR/recruitment solutions.
* Process-oriented & data-driven – Able to define and implement sales strategies from scratch.
* A natural leader – Ambitious, hands-on, and excited to build and grow a sales team in a new market.
