Sales Development Representative - English-speaking markets at Avantio. We are looking for motivated, proactive individuals with analytical skills, customer orientation and attention to detail to join our Sales Development team.

Description
Your main tasks and required skills are to increase the sales pipeline through the following duties:
- Search, engage and follow outbound leads (cold actions, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Generate sales opportunities for the Business Development team
- Participate in the organization of events and fairs with the Business Development team
- Demonstrate large organizational capacity and autonomy in task management
- Ability to overcome set goals
- Proactive attitude and motivation as defining characteristics
- Maintain good relationships with all members of the company while complying with applicable standards and rules
What are we looking for?
- Native English speaker
- High level or bilingual in Spanish
- High communication skills
- Experience in sales and cold calling
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and monitoring of information
- Restless, creative, and idea-generating mindset
- Organizational ability and autonomy according to market protocols
Useful
- High level of Portuguese
- Knowledge/experience in tourism and/or vacation rental
- Knowledge of IT, web, applications, and new technologies
- Proactive attitude to project implementation and teamwork
- Familiarity with Avantio products is a plus
- Willingness to train in a growing sector
