About Role:
We are supporting a global financial data environment, focusing on Market Data infrastructure .
The role involves on-site support for locations in multiple citioes within banking environments.
* Perform Remote support activities.
* Execute Linux system operations via command line (no GUI)
* Navigate file systems (find, copy, edit files)
* Start/stop services and monitor system processes
* Troubleshoot:
* Connectivity issues
* Application/service failures
* Communicate effectively with:
* Local client IT teams
* Global teams
Requirements
* Medior Linux / Unix Administrator or System Support Engineer
* Strong hands-on experience with:
* Command-line environments (Linux/Unix)
* File system operations
* Process/service management
* Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Experience in production / banking / financial environments is a strong advantage
* English – mandatory
* Local language – strong advantage
Working model
* Freelance / Contract-based
* Part-time
* Workdays: Saturdays only (6 hours engagement), across multiple months
* Visits scheduled weekly:
* Planning communicated on Mondays for upcoming Saturday
* Remote work – 100%
