We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Director, with a background of Sales in Cybersecurity who will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations within the Spanish region, developing regional business strategies in Spain to achieve our business goals and leading a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. The Regional Sales Director will also be involved in building client relationships and collaborating with other departments and will also possess good leadership skills and exceptional analysis abilities.

Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives
Monitor regional sales performance
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Prepare and present regional sales reports
Drive new business development within the region
Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance to senior management
Ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring, and training duties and consistently supervising and improving the sales activities of the team
Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns and promotions that drive sales and leads
Attend and speak at industry conferences and networking events to build brand presence

Minimum 5 years’ experience proven sales leadership experience within Cybersecurity
Experience in Cybersecurity sales.
Experience in managing sales teams across multiple regions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
A team-player who understands to collaborate across different business units and functions
Proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
Fluency in English language is essential
