Do you have the local knowledge and relationships in hospitals, clinics, and private practices to drive continuous business growth?
Responsibilities
Generate leads in hospitals and clinics to activate new customers.
Develop procedure growth and increase revenue from existing customers.
Conduct product presentations, support product trials, and provide training to healthcare professionals and nursing staff.
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Report on interactions, meetings, market intelligence, and product complaints.
Handle administrative tasks.
Your Profile
Skills & Knowledge
University degree in Medicine or health-related fields (preferred).
3+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
At the early stage of your career with ambition to develop in the medtech sector.
Native-level Spanish and/or Catalan.
Solid understanding of healthcare system, hospitals and sales process in Medtech.
Practical problem-solving ability, with creativity for generating ideas and solutions.
Positive, determined approach to researching and analyzing new account opportunities.
Ability to work independently with close attention to detail.
