Overview
We are a leading company in the gift and lifestyle sector, known for our creativity, innovation, and commitment to delivering high-quality products. With a growing international presence, we are looking to strengthen our team with a Key Account Manager for the German market, based in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the German market.
* Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue new accounts.
* Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in the gift sector.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution.
* Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
* Represent the company at international trade fairs and customer meetings when required.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
* 3-5 years of proven experience as Key Account Manager or Sales Manager, preferably in the gift, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
* Native or near-native level of German; fluency in English is mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Analytical mindset with ability to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
* Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
* Availability to travel occasionally within Europe.
