Job Title: Junior Office Manager (Social Media Savvy)
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Office Manager with a strong background in social media. As a coworking center, we value collaboration, creativity, and innovation, and we are looking for someone who shares these values.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the coworking center
- Respond to member inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate events and meetings
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to promote the coworking -center and engage with the community
- Create and publish engaging content on social media platforms
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in office management or social media management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
