OFG is seeking an RF Service Engineer familiar with 4G / 5G parameter strategy setting and feature activation, with deep knowledge in VoLTE and data optimization, and experience with Ericsson equipment.Main Tasks :
Handle RF tickets, including incident and network issue checks, and follow up on SLA compliance.Develop and review QoS alert processing methods, specifically for 5G NSA on Huawei RAN for the first time.Participate in developing methods and IT solutions for handling new alarms.Ensure enhanced monitoring of NSA 5G QoS on the TDD part during measurements.Identify IT development needs for operational tools and validate the conformity of evolutions.Implement and test alerts and methods.Primarily require Ericsson vendor skills.Possess 5G experience.Requirements :
At least 4 years of experience as an RF optimization engineer.High RF knowledge, mainly on Ericsson equipment.Bachelor's degree required.French language skills are preferable.Experience with special tools such as Mapinfo, Atoll, PRS, U2000, Business Object, Xcal, Xcap, or Actix.Work Style :
Remote work preferred, located in Spain, France, Germany, Romania, Hungary, or Ireland.
