What will you do?
As an IT Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to work as a partner to our clients, building a trusted relationship and advising them to help bring in the best talent.
What will you do in your day-to-day?
- Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish.
- Define recruitment and attraction strategies in a digital environment, leveraging various job portals. You’ll also have the chance to propose innovative ideas to attract the ideal candidate!
- Conduct competency-based interviews, prepare reports, and provide feedback for your clients.
- Track your recruitment processes closely, maintaining open communication with both clients and candidates.
- Advise clients on industry trends and labor market insights.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to build a strong, trusting relationship with client.

- You have prior experience recruiting Tech profiles.
- You have an advanced level of English.
- You are client- and results-oriented, with strong communication skills, a proactive and enthusiastic attitude, critical thinking abilities, and a desire to contribute fresh ideas.
