Influencer Marketing ManagerWe're hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and run Tether's influencer program.
Responsibilities- Build and own Tether's global influencer strategy across AI, tech, lifestyle, culture, health, crypto and more.
- Identify, vet, and build long‑term relationships with influencers and creators solely or via agencies where it makes sense.
- Run end‑to‑end campaigns: brief, contract, ship, measure, and iterate.
- Partner with product teams across all four pillars (Stable Finance, Stable Intelligence, Stable Power, Stable Communications) to align influencer activity with product launches.
- Develop the tech and developer influencer programme specifically for YouTubers, technical bloggers, OSS maintainers, tech podcast hosts, AI influencers.
- Stay close to platform shifts like X, Rumble, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and whatever comes next.
Qualifications- 5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or comparable creator‑side experience.
- Real track record of campaigns run end‑to‑end with measurable results.
- Deep familiarity with the tech and developer creator ecosystem—not just consumer‑lifestyle.
- Working knowledge of crypto, AI, or P2P/open‑source enough to brief a creator without embarrassment.
- Sharp instincts for authentic versus inauthentic creators.
Bonus points- Existing relationships with developer influencers or technical content creators.
- Experience building an influencer program from scratch.
- Experience managing agencies across multiple regions.
