Experteer Overview In this role you bridge financial reporting with IT solutions to enable accurate, compliant group consolidations. You will design, build, test, and optimize the financial consolidation platform, ensuring smooth closing and data integrity. You’ll contribute to the SAP FC to OneStream transformation and broader consolidation initiatives, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. You drive high-value, strategic solutions aligned with the company’s finance and technology goals. - Support and maintain the Financial Consolidation solutions end-to-end
- Configure the software for new accounting requirements, business structure changes, and IFRS reporting in collaboration with Group Consolidation
- Ensure the closing process runs smoothly and provide user support via the helpdesk
- Ensure seamless data flow into and out of the consolidation system
- Collaborate with Group Consolidation, Group Tax and Insurance, Group Accounting and Controlling
- Drive impact on projects by delivering high-value solutions aligned with business strategy
- Evaluate strategic solution options, including value analysis and risk assessment, and shape long-term roadmaps
- Apply deep business/technical domain knowledge to inform strategyResponsabilidades
- 7+ years of hands-on experience administering, developing, and managing financial consolidation systems or implementing EPM projects (especially OneStream)
- Strong understanding of Financial Consolidation topics and month-end close processes
- Experience leading autonomous initiatives across complex and ambiguous spaces
- Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis advisory/consultancy concepts
- Business-focused, results-oriented approach with strong coordination, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proactive, accountable, and capable of end-to-end ownership while coaching others
- Team-oriented, organized, autonomous, and reliable
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
