Who are we looking for?
We're searching for our next hidden gem — an HR Operations Specialist who's ready to make a real impact within our dynamic People team in Valencia
What you'll do
Manage HR admin tasks — employee requests, contracts, changes, promotions, onboarding, offboarding
Sort incoming emplyee requests, providing accurate responses within a reasonable timeframe (requests via Jira ticket, Asana, email, chat, etc., in line with internally set service deadlines).
Support employees with their HR questions and guide them through our tools (Workday, Asana, Jira...)
Participate in the resolution of HR issues in partnership with your direct team and other players within the HR team (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll…), but also in other Business Units if necessary.
Keep HR documentation and internal policies up to date
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a great employee experience
Carry out transactional procedures on our HR Platform (creation of a new employee, change of contact details, end of contract, salary increase, promotion, etc.)
What we're looking for
2+ years of experience in HR (international environment is a plus)
Master's degree in HR / Employment Law
Fluent in Spanish & English (another language = bonus points )
Strong adaptability, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with tools like Workday, Asana, or Jira
