Senior Technician in Clinical and Biomedical LaboratoryFunctions:
Implementation of techniques used in nanomedicine projects.Handling, storage, and preparation of nanomaterials.Handling of eukaryotic and prokaryotic cultures, sterilisation, basic microbiology and histopathology techniques.Handling typical nanomedicine laboratory equipment.Basic laboratory techniques including immunodetection, protein electrophoresis, and pathological anatomy in murine models.Tissue sampling.Cell biology, molecular biology, and histology techniques in nanomedicine.Processing samples for confocal microscopy, TEM, and paraffin embedding.Experience and training in laboratory animal handling are required.Related courses:
nanomaterials, biomaterials, nanomedicine, etc.Methodological courses:
flow cytometry, microscopy, sample preparation, etc.Specific Requirements
Academic Degree:
