Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of Amadeus Hospitality’s guest-facing booking and shopping experiences. You will align with cross-functional teams to balance short-term performance with long-term platform sustainability. You’ll lead data-informed decisions and tackle optimization across booking funnels at scale. This is a chance to shape how guests convert intent into revenue while collaborating with Web, Content, Analytics and Guest Experience teams. You’ll operate in a global, cross-functional environment with a measurable impact on guest satisfaction and business outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Direct Channels / Booking, translating business goals and user insights into clear priorities
• Lead discovery and alignment with senior stakeholders across Commercial and Platform
• Drive end-to-end delivery from concept to launch with R&D;, UX and platform teams
• Use data and experimentation (KPIs, analytics, A/B testing) to optimize booking and shopping funnels
• Ensure operational excellence (stability, reliability, performance) of booking products
• Manage risks and dependencies balancing short-term needs with long-term platform health
• Lead, mentor and develop product managers to foster disciplined discovery and delivery
• Collaborate on go-to-market and adoption with Commercial, Operations, Marketing and Customer teams

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in Product Management with digital/e-commerce/web experience
• Proven ownership of end-to-end lifecycle of complex digital products in an agile setup
• Experience optimizing transaction-driven journeys, including conversion and funnel performance
• Strong ability to collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics and commercial teams
• Solid business acumen with understanding of digital commerce models and revenue drivers
• Knowledge of web/e-commerce best practices, CRO, A/B testing and data-driven decisions
• Hands-on experience with product and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, analytics/optimization tools)
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or French a plus
• Willingness to travel
