Lead transformational growth of the specialty EverCare business built on the ZANO product line. Develop and implement global sales and marketing strategies, plans, forecasts and KPIs to achieve corporate revenue and EBIDTA objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors and manage global team to meet business goals. Define and execute the commercial strategies to maximize revenue of new and existing customers with specific focus on driving top line performance. Coordinate with the operations to ensure optimal global and individual commercial results. Define and champion new product developments to meet changing market needs and maintain position as a technical and scientific leader in the industry. Accountable for managing the image and brand name of EverCare business.
Responsibilities
* Lead the EverCare business focused on profitable growth with accountability for setting targets and managing the global commercial and technical service resources within the business.
* Develop and execute global commercial strategy. Leverage market share, capabilities, and technology to develop a strategic plan that achieves revenues and EBITDA targets.
* Develop and execute go-to-market approaches for new and emerging opportunities by product and customer segment.
* Support the overall key values of EverCare, focusing on building trust, reliability and enabling customers to develop new and innovative products.
* Maintain an awareness of, and exercise sound business judgment in such areas as market conditions, competitive activities, general economic conditions, and related matters.
* Build a strong relationship with customers, distributors and other partners to grow sales and maintain/enhance the EverCare brand name.
* Develop, grow and manage the global sales of EverCare products both through individual contribution but also direct management of commercial and technical resources in the business.
* Be the leader in the field of EverCare's technologies and application areas, predominantly UV protection and sun care with future growth in Tenray applications.
* Develop and execute Technical and Scientific Marketing strategy for Zano and other products
* Collaborate and build robust relationships with customers at all levels, including VPs, R&D teams, formulators, scientists, marketers and distributors.
* Provide technical and regulatory support to clients and distributors to support their developments and use of EverCare technologies and products in finished formulation developments.
* Manage supply and distribution contracts, follow up on deviations and proactively take action to overcome such deviations.
* Champion a clear channel of communication and coordination between functional counterparts in research and development, finance, manufacturing, operations, quality, sales, and customer service. Responsible for cross-functional coordination and specification of effective processes and standards for support departments.
* Participate in Evercare's Innovation and R&D projects. Identify and drive opportunities through the stage gating process and, if endorsed, provide technical marketing leadership during the design, launch, and commercialization of New Products.
* Represent Evercare in Industry Associations and trade shows.
* Prepare annual budget and follow up reporting.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in business, sales, engineering/chemistry, or marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management.
* Minimum 10 years relevant experience in technical-commercial and scientific marketing role in Personal Care, preferably with emphasis on sun care. Experience in working with customers on different levels (R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, etc.).
* Strong track record of growing a business; direct sales, sales manager, and/or a General Manager.
* High energy, self-motivated, and uses a hands-on management style working with all levels of the organization to drive performance and continuous improvement using an analytic approach.
* Proactive person with a commercial spirit, always looking for new opportunities.
* Excellent relationship building skills, able to interact with customers and partners at different levels.
* Ability to create and deliver commercial and/or technical presentations tailored to the audience.
* Strong people leader with an ability to manage and motivate cross-functional, diverse teams.
* True team player and relate easily with people from different cultural backgrounds and geographic locations.
* Self-starter and motivated individual, able to meet work deadlines and provide work accuracy
* Ability to build report with clients.
* Language skills: fluent in English and any other European language is an asset.
Additional information
* This position will require travel to other company locations, as well as international locations.
