**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**
Would you like to be able to continue developing in technological areas and become a benchmark in **RF navigation payloads and signal processing in the area of Flight Segment and Robotics**?
Based on software-defined radio (SDR) technologies, for different orbital regimes (launchers, low Earth orbit (LEO) and higher orbits), including LEO constellations and future Moonlight Lunar Communications and Navigation Services (LCNS) satellites, and also Inter Satellite Links (ISL).
The GNSS Section on board has a presence in **different countries**: Spain, Poland and the United Kingdom, we participate in the complete development of products, including both software and hardware development, collaborating with different partners and other FSR divisions, such as avionics and space equipment, robotics, mission analysis and on-board SW.
- As T**echnical Lead of RF Navigation Payloads and On-Board Signal Processing**, your duties will be as follows:
- Contribution to the definition and implementation of all aspects of RF payload development.
- Systems engineering, identification of payload elements.
- Definition of requirements, architecture and design.
- Deployment, validation, testing, and performance.
- Technical coordination to analyze and propose technical solutions contributing to the design of the product
- Contribution to the definition of the company's strategy in front of the customer.
- Production and review of technical documentation required for RF activities in FSR
- Participation in client meetings and reviews
**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**
You will be part of the team working on different projects and technologies, transversal to different countries, associated with payloads and on-board RF sensors, in the context of different ESA activities and other commercial activities, within the Flight and Robotics (FSR) Guided, Navigation and Control (GNC) Segment.
We are looking for a technical profile with:
**Master's Degree in Telecommunications, Microwave or RF Electronics Engineering**
At least **5 years of experience in designing Radio Frequency **payload architectures and technologies and knowledge of:
- Design, implementation, integration and validation of systems/subsystems
- Radio Signals and Digital Signal Processing
- Radio technologies and equipment (low and high power amplifiers, filters, frequency converters
- Software development in C and Matlab/Simulink
- Decision-making capacity
- Dialogue with national and international clients and partners
- Leadership and negotiation skills.
As it is an international team and environment, a **fluent level of English** and availability to travel on a one-off basis is required.We will also value your experience in:
Antennas, Breadboarding and Model-Philosophical Approach, Signal Coding and Modulation Technologies and Techniques
Experience in Software/Hardware Development, Embedded SW, Real-Time Software Environments, Software-Defined Radio Platforms, Galileo Signal Knowledge, GNSS
