Madrid or Barcelona, with occasional travel across Spain and Europe.What You’ll Do:
As an L&D expert, you’ll:Partner with L&D colleagues, managers, and SMEs to develop effective learning solutions.Provide expertise on TJX Europe content, best practices, and LMS guidance.Design and deliver engaging, interactive learning experiences, including customised and localised content.Facilitate training sessions across various formats and support material transcreation for the Spanish market.Lead key learning initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track and adapt to evolving priorities.What You’ll Bring:Expertise in Learning & Development design, facilitation, and coaching.Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.A pragmatic, commercially focused approach to L&D.Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment (retail preferred).Willingness to travel across Spain and Europe.Seniority level
