The Candidate
We are looking for a creative, driven and hands‑on Social Media Content Creator with a strong eye for nightlife, music, aesthetics and digital trends.
You are confident capturing real-time content, spotting key moments, and translating the energy of a venue, party or artist into engaging social media content. You understand what works on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms, and you know how to create content that feels authentic, dynamic and on‑brand.
With excellent communication, organizational and creative skills, you are able to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high‑quality content with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture phone-first video content during events, parties, photoshoots, activations and artist moments.
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Stories.
- Capture the energy of the dancefloor, the crowd, the artists, the venue and the overall nightlife experience from an aesthetic and brand-led perspective.
- Support the planning and execution of the social media content calendar across selected Pacha Group brands and venues.
- Write clear, engaging and on-brand copy adapted to each platform.
- Ensure all content reflects The Pacha Group’s tone of voice, visual identity and brand standards.
- Support community management across selected social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages and reviews when required.
- Monitor online conversations and help maintain a positive and engaging digital presence.
- Assist with artist interviews, behind-the-scenes content and editorial-style social media moments.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Content, PR and Operations teams to identify content opportunities before, during and after events.
- Review content carefully to ensure accuracy, correct grammar, brand consistency and high-quality execution.
- Track key social media metrics and support the preparation of performance reports.
- Conduct research on social media trends, nightlife content, competitor activity and emerging digital formats.
- Bring creative ideas to the team for new formats, activations, interviews and event coverage.

Requisitos mínimos
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends and formats.
- Previous experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube is a plus.
- Strong interest in nightlife, music, events and lifestyle content.
- Ability to capture engaging phone-first video content in fast‑paced environments.
- A creative eye for aesthetics, energy, crowd moments, artists and venue atmosphere.
- Good understanding of music culture and the ability to identify key moments during events.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring content is accurate, polished and on‑brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in copywriting and communications.
- Computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and social media platforms.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Spanish is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays based on event schedules.
- A hands‑on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can‑Do!’ Spirit.
