Windows client OS (Win 10 & Win 11), SCCM & Intune Staging Experience.
Key Responsibilities :
* Provide technical support onsite (Windows 10 & 11 and hardware) to our clients at their location.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
* Efficient onsite troubleshooting and technical support to resolve user issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and enhanced user productivity.
* Maintain video conference systems.
* IMACD : Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
* Support power users in project rollouts and deployments.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment.
* Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
* Key technician providing Power / Exec support.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the quantity, model, and condition of all IT devices (notebooks and mobiles) in use.
* Bundle packages of notebooks and mobile accessories that are labeled correctly and packaged securely for distribution to users.
* Deliver fully configured notebooks and mobile devices to users, ensuring that each device has the necessary software, settings, and operating systems as per requirements.
* Ensure high-quality IT devices that meet specific requirements and standards.
* Provide comprehensive inventory reports that offer insight into device stock levels, demand forecasting, timely ordering of new stock, and optimization of inventory levels.
* Perform regular updates and maintenance of IT devices to ensure they are functioning optimally and securely.
* Timely communication with users to schedule deliveries and provide support as needed.
