As a B2B Paid Marketing Manager at AUTO1 Group, you will join our international Marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our key European markets (France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands). Operating at the core of our B2B acquisition strategy, you will independently manage and optimize critical marketing channels, generating a significant share of monthly leads and supporting our ambitious growth targets.

Your new Role
* Take full ownership and hands-on responsibility for paid marketing activities in key European markets (FR, ES, PT, BE, NL).
* Manage and optimize multiple paid channels, including Google Search, Microsoft Search, Performance Max, Meta Ads, and Influencer Marketing. Test and assess the impact of emerging channels, such as TikTok.
* Collaborate closely with local market stakeholders to develop and localize campaigns, ensuring the highest level of relevancy and impact.
* Generate and optimize a significant share of B2B monthly leads, directly contributing to the company’s targets.
* Conduct ongoing performance analysis and competitive research to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive campaign innovation.
* Regularly present campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and key insights directly to senior leadership, including SVPs, directors, and C-level stakeholders.
* Allocate and manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI across channels and activities.
* Share learnings and best practices across the team, fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment.
Your Skills
* 3+ years’ experience in Paid Marketing/Performance Marketing, ideally in a B2B/B2C and/or automotive-focused environment.
* Demonstrable expertise in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search, Display, Performance Max).
* Proven ability to independently manage multiple channels and accounts, from strategy to execution.
* Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong ownership mentality and an eagerness to challenge the status quo.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
* Excellent analytical skills; able to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and produce clear reports (proficiency in Excel required).
* Team player with strong communication skills who enjoys sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and building collective success.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a strong plus.
* Candidates MUST be located in Madrid.
