Job Description:
The role involves leading the European rollout of the COLT project, managing implementations across service centers, ensuring system adoption, and supporting change management. Responsibilities include overseeing project standards, training, documentation, and system integration, with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of the COLT program across European service centers.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards and process standards during implementations.
* Manage the rollout of CMA and other systems, providing training and support.
* Coordinate regional requirements with global standards.
* Manage budgets, track savings, and realize benefits.
* Develop training materials and SOPs for system adoption.
* Lead change management and communication strategies.
* Act as liaison between IT and business teams for system integration.
* Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
Requirements:
* 5 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain management.
* Knowledge of Service Center procedures.
* SAP expertise.
* Strong project management skills.
* Languages: English and Spanish mandatory; additional European languages appreciated.
* Graduate degree preferred.
* Hybrid remote work arrangement.
