The opportunity
Hitachi Energy is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in Bilbao. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive impactful sales initiatives and contribute to the growth of innovative energy solutions. You will work closely with key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, all while expanding yourexpertisein a dynamic and supportive environment.
How you will make an impact
1. Support the execution of the sales strategy and business development initiatives.
2. Develop andmaintainsales plans in Salesforce.
3. Assistin market analysis.
4. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
5. Identifygrowth opportunities.
6. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers.
7. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
8. Provide product knowledge and training.
Your background
9. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relatedfield.
10. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the energy industry.
11. Proventrack recordof achieving sales targets and developing successful sales plans within a competitive environment.
12. Strong understanding of energy products, systems and market dynamics, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
13. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, conduct effective presentations and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
14. Willingness to travel up to 50% mainly through Spain to engage with stakeholders, clients, and support business initiatives across regions.
