Main Job Goals
* Influence customers to generate new users and change their mindset from passive to proactive about contact lenses.
* Understand and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) in Key Accounts (KAs).
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities.
* Understand the needs and particularities of various customer channels.
* Develop the contact lens category using basic tools like customer journey, POS, database, and training.
* Execute JBP in each KA area.
* Build the Misight category and teach ECPs to improve children's lives.
* Cover coverage plans according to customer segmentation.
* Negotiate price increases when necessary.
* Develop relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, sales staff, etc.
* Give value to the team and be a team member.
* Understand CooperVision programs and utilize them.
* Complete reporting and administrative duties.
* Minimum knowledge of products, CooperVision, and competitors.
* Attend congresses if required and participate in trainings and improvement activities.
